If you use IPMAILERADDRESS without the ALL option, it only forwards mail 
for hostnames it cannot resolve.  So you need to set up a DNS server that 
only resolves notes.llic.com and point IPLMAILERADDRESS to it.  I don't 
think you can use ETC HOSTS with SMTP, but I'm not 100% sure.
