As nearly as I can tell from looking at code, WAKEUP tells you about things in this order: 1. RDR 2. CONS 3. timer 4. VMCF 5. IUCV 6. EXT/APPC 7. IO Only VMCF and IUCV give a notification for each occurance. The others simply report "One or more of this kind of event occurred while you were out."
