No, Hidro returns the files to SYBMON which then transfers them to the one who issued the command. The files had, indeed, been returned via that route, triggering the second backup command, the assumption being that receipt of the files was sufficient indication that both Hidro and SYBMON were finished with the first command. It was the second command that resulted in the message.
