Are you sure AUTOONLY doesn't work for BLDCMS, BLDNUC? It seems like it should. Just make sure that the users that need to AUTOLOG these users (e.g. MAINT, etc.) have the appropriate authority (e.g. a VM:Secure or RACF rule allowing them to AUTOLOG without passwords, or an AUTOLOG/XAUTOLOG card in their directory entry).
