I can't remember the name of the utility offhand, but I'm pretty sure there is an EXEC that will generate an initial RACF list of commands to define all the users and minidisks. Beware that the definitions may not be what your security people want them to be - so you may want them to examine the commands that will be issued first.
You should really know how you want your RACF security structured before you implement.. what groups you will use, what users get put into what groups, whether you are using discrete or generic profiles, etc etc. If not, you'll probably be finding yourself rebuilding the database to meet the requirements later.
