On the 1st-level userid DEFINE NIC 100 TYPE QDIO DEVICES 12.  The 2nd 
level system will see this as an OSA-Express with 12 subchannels, giving 
you 4 2nd-level NICs.

On the 2nd-lvel system, 
o  DEFINE VSWITCH .... RDEV 100
o  Attach 103-105 to TCPIP
o  Attach 106-108 to some other guest
o  Leaving you with 109-10A as FREE.

Just apply what you know about virtualization and let your imagination run 
wild!
