David - has someone ported XMITIP to CMS ?

I have to admit that I've not tried it there but it is written in REXX
although the file I/O is the z/OS EXECIO.

Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories
to suit facts.

Two ways you could do it : Use XMITIP or (for a more full-function
solution) use MAILBOOK.
