I am suggesting that if you need the functionality of CSE *today*, then the work you expend to implement it will not be wasted. Further, some people will remain on pre-z10 boxes for some time, where the only z/VM clustering solution will be CSE. But if you don't need or want to build a z/VM cluster, then don't build one.
