That was my initial thought.  That's always been my problem when I see the low 
packet counts and discarded... Either that or vlan tagging issue, but you are 
running unaware.

What it should be you have to get from your network guys.  They can make it 
anything.  Some use the .1 .2 convention, but we have some .31 and .32 and 
other things here....  So YMMV.
