I was fairly certain the TOD could only be changed or adjusted at IPL
time, but I thought I would ask.  Thanks to all who responded.

valuable read. I've never had an opportunity to do it but it seems
pretty straight forward.

        Only at IPL.  Peter's reference to Server Time Protocol applies
to
        maintanence of whatever time you set.
