Yes, and I wouldn't have had to bother the list had there been a error
message or a HELPCMS to explain various return codes. :)
Since that this is part of the z/VM Service, it seems that it would be
better documented.

It means that the RLST9252 BIN file is corrupted. Is the file RECFM F
LRECL 1024? (see Step 4) I think the instructions for download are
sent
to you when you order.
