Good point. I think that I would consider a page volume marked as draining as unavailable space as soon as CP starts the DRAIN operation, but you're right that the wording I used is ambiguous. I'll change it to read "available and online paging space". I'll wait a day or so and see if anyone else has comments and resubmit it.
