It would be /userid.disk
With FileZilla being graphic I put
/fisherc.192
in the Remote site: box to put transfer files to and from my 192 disk.
/fisherc.rdr also works but of course it does not display any files.
For shared file system it would be /filepool:directory

Also it looks like z/VM support was added at level 3.0.2 (2007-10-17) http://filezilla-project.org/versions.php

Example please.

Are you saying, for example, CD /MIKE.191 or CD MIKE./191?

For Filezilla to display the VM files you need to have a / infront of the
directory.
Under Site Manager Advanced for Default remote directory: enter / I am using
3.2.7.1 I think this problem started with zVM 5.3 Cal Fisher MVMUA website

I missed your earler post about Filezilla. I use Filezilla a lot with the
linux servers. I never pursued it much with z/VM since I never could get it
to display the VM filename/filetype. I see all files with the name of my id
for file name. Is there an option to fix the display of file names on VM?
I'd rather use Filezilla. I currently have 2.28b installed
