Look at the SET PORT GROUP command. 

1. SET PORT GROUP xxxx LEAVE rdev.Pnn
2. Vary the devices and the chpid offline
3. Replace OSA
4. Vary the chpid and the devices online
5. SET PORT GROUP xxxx ADD rdev.Pnn
