Is the userid that issued the "LISTMAIL" ALL command included in the "SMTP
CONFIG" file on TCPMAINT's 198 disk?

E.g. in "SMTP CONFIG"
SMSGAUTHLIST
  TCPMAINT
  MAINT
  sysprog1
  sysprog2
  OPERATOR
ENDSMSGAUTHLIST
