Hello..
I have a customer who is looking to access a Federated Database residing in AIX from VM. No database in the VM environment. So VM would strictly be a 'launching pad' or the requestor environment and the Federated database in AIX would be the server. Can this be done? If so, is it documented anywhere or does anyone have an idea how to do it. DRDA? TCP/IP? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
