I see that is for IBM director. So if we don't use director, there is no 
need to change anything. Right?
Any risk if we ignore them and migrate other date to our  new disk system?

Guess: it may be used by the IBM VM Director widget for z/VM to do similar
tasks.
That userid looks like one of the VM Director widget ones.
