Hello Everyone, Just an update, I am finding that the DS6800 cache commands (z/VM and z/VSE) are a mystery to IBM too.
I have both a Hardware PMR and Software PMR (currently open) on what the output of the commands mean. The numbers do not match anything nor do they add up. I did get a "Color DS6k-Performance Monitoring and Tunning.PDF" from Field Engineer Bob (Bob L. Xiao Storage Product Field Engineer).
