Ummm.... have you tried, right from the CMS command line: HELP RDRLIST and the pressed "PF1" ?
The help files are created from the same source as the manuals - there's no need to carry a manual around if you can get into CMS! Well, except for us cantankerous old farts who insist and hardcopy where we can easily make margin notes on postit's that get moved to future editions.
