Just a comment that you seem to want a z/VM and Linux person ... but at the end, in required competencies - you toss in z/OS almost as an afterthought. I'm not looking at the moment -- but would very qualified for everything you've listed - until I hit that... z/OS skills are probably more prevalent than z/VM ones, but it's not as if they're interchangeable. Just suggesting you expound upon what z/OS skills are needed in the detail, as you did with the z/VM skills. It's a broad area, and doesn't seem in line with what you say you're looking for.
