Terry, When I moved from 5.3 to 5.4 this past March, I didn't take any NSS with me - the installation of 5.4 built the 5.4 versions of the NSS. If you are building the 5.4 system on a z9 that will share DASD with the new z10, then it should be a matter of shutting down the 5.4 system on the z9 and ipling it on the z10. Or I am missing something?
