SET SYSOPER OPERATOR. (There's a QUERY SYSOPER, too.) When the current
operator logs off, the system goes into 'hunt' mode, looking for a likely
victim. If one of the ALTERNATE_OPERATORS is currently logged on, they
are bitten and transformed into The Operator (shudder, eerie music plays).
Else the system pulls back into the shadows, waiting for a user with the
Right Stuff to wander by, where "Right Stuff" is defined as the value from
the PRIV_CLASSES OPERATOR statement in SYSTEM CONFIG (defaults to class
A). If such a user logs on, the system lunges at them and sinks its teeth
in. They start seeing things.
