Just a comment on the size difference between PDF and BOO formats. I have looked at the internal structures and there is one *huge* program at the end of each PDF file called "hclxDII". Maybe IBM should look at what this is used for and try to replace it with a built-in function.
Also, the compression method (where it's even used) is not the best.
