If you are interested in just what ONE single user is using (the numbers 
are "smoothed" over a period of time, then:  CP INDicate
as in:
CP IND USER someone
for more detail:
CP IND USER someone EXPanded

But keep in mind that is only a one-time snapshot of a single user.  CP 
INDICATE can also show overall system utilization, check the manual.

But anyone serious about running production work on z/VM needs a supported 
performance reporting product.  There are several, including Velocity 
Software's zVPS, IBM's Performance Toolkit, and Tivoli Omegamon (if I have 
all the latest name changes correct).
