As others have noted, SOS TABCMDF/SOS TABCMDB. Another trick with only 2 
screens is to set the TOP screen to CMDLINE BOTTOM and the BOTTOM screen to 
CMDLINE TOP. Then the two cmdlines are only a tabkey away from each other.
