If I were you, I'd include all usefull information in the mails' subject, so
for example
'EXEC MAILIT TO VMEMAIL TITLE (CPUHOG:' userid cpu '% CPU)',
'TEXT User' USERID 'running at' CPU '%
This way, the receiver doesn't even have to open the mail to know what is
inside.
