No CP command, someone could code an exec that scans the CP control
blocks.....  I did not.

But, what will it help if you find that almost every guest has some pages on
that pack.  Unlike SPFPACK, to track spool files on a pack, there is no
command to free these pages, and every guest has some storage it will almost
never touch and are paged out.
