DEVICES stmt in SYSTEM CONFIG

Hello Listers,

If I have DEVICE addresses in the SYSTEM CONFIG file to be OFFLINE_AT_IPL
, 
is there to dynamically have those devices varied online or override at 

IPL of a zVM 5.4 ?
