Some members of RexxLA are working on building a version of
THE for the Mac. It's open source on SourceForge, so...
That might widen the audience of VMers, as the Mac is
getting more and more popular.

And no, KEDIT still does not support prefix macros. Mansfield has announc
ed end of support for
KEDIT. "We plan to provide e-mail technical support for KEDIT, on a part-
time basis, until at least
June 2012."
Lately I have switched to starting to learn Vim -- it works on PC, Mac, a
nd Windows. Not, of course,
on VM. I think it supports Perl instead of REXX for macros, but I haven't
got that far.
