Thanks Alan, meant to say 256G. We actually ran into this and I had to split 
the LPAR. I was hoping that the support for more memory on a z/VM LPAR would 
increase with version 6, and plans for 6.2?

The limit is 256GB (not 250) and it applies to both z/VM 5.4 and 6.1.
