Issue 36: IBus doesn't remember the last selected engine

New issue report by utuhiro78:
1. Run ibus.
It shows ibus-anthy as the default engine.
2. Choose ibus-pinyin.
3. Close ibus.
4. Run ibus again.
It shows ibus-anthy, not ibus-pinyin.
