I checked Fedoa's m17n-lib.spec.
Fedora kills m17n-lib-anthy.

OK. Most people use ibus-anthy.
The ibus-m17n-anthy users are few.
Note:
We will not apply "m17n-lib-nobuild-examples.patch".
ibus-m17n-anthy should be disabled by ibus-m17n.
