This button is convenient for users. But I don't encourage users to enable
disable
all engines frequently.
Because IBus will start one Linux process for each engines, and kill it
when user
disable it. If you check all engines, IBus need start a lot of processes at
the same
time. It is horrible and may cause unpredictable problems.
And generally, users don't have that requirements. So I suggest do not
implement it.
