Issue 62: pre-input contents can't be seen in qterm 0.5.2(written by qt4)

We have known that when you input using ibus-pinyin, you'll see the
pre-input contents with underline in the textbox. However, it can't be seen
in qterm0.5.2, which is written by qt4.
And ibus-table has the same problem, and even worse. You can't see what you
typed until you press space once.
