我修改了ibus的工程，把gconf的python binding从gnome-python里拷贝进了ibus工
程。现在要编
译的时候可以使用--enable-pygconf开关，启动编译ibus内建的pygconf。这样就不需
要安装
gnome-python了，减少了ibus对gnome库的依赖。
