Situation: Input engines need configure user interfaces, but some
developers do not have interface programming skill.
Solution: Ibus provides API for generating configure user interface
automatically. An engine can pass a configure items array to ibus, ibus
will automatically show a dialog, that contains all configure items. When
users change some configure items in this dialog, ibus will save the change
and notify the engine.
