Issue 102: Support URL inputing in ibus-pinyin engine.

When user type a characters sequence starts with 'www.', 'ftp.', 'http:'
and etc, pinyin engine will turn into URL input mode automatically, and
show some URLs in candidates window.
For example:
When user inputs "www.s", pinyin engine will show "www.sina.com.cn",
"www.sohu.com" and etc in the candidates window.
