What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Debian Lenny (with some packages from Sid to make ibus work) Running KDE 4 iBus version: git 0.1.1.20090110 Python version: 2.5.2 dbus version: 1.2.1 dbus-python version: 0.83.0 qt version: 4.4.3 I am using an American English keyboard with the following configuration (according to KDE): setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us,jp,jp -variant intl,,kana This lets me put tildes with the ' key When ibus is activated for the current application, «´a» appears instead as «á». Even if no engine is active. When I select xim, I can type as normal. Note: I could not test GTK applications since I can not use ibus with them (even though the libraries where detected when compiling) -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
