目前在用3月的版本，还没时间升级，如果新版有了这功能就当我没说
自定义双拼方案：
我用双拼是从文曲星开始的，到电脑上也一直在用文曲星的那个方案
ibus现在不能定义，还好我可以去改ibus-pinyin的engine
如果自定义不太好实现，希望能暂时先把文曲星的方案内置
模糊拼音：
现在不少人需要模糊拼音，但不全要，比如我是en eng 和 in ing不分
而ibus一直以来是要么全开，要么全关，没有可设置的，这样速度肯定会很慢
所以我也是把不需要的模糊删除了，只开一部分速度还是基本可以接受的
附文曲星双拼方案
(注: o 和 e 都可做零声母, a 和 v 都可表示 zh, 我用过的输入法中只有 ibus 是
能完全再现的)
