不太好，有的输入法需要在不同的客户端下面有不同的上下文这个特性。
比如 ibus-sogoupycc，它在服务器未返回结果的情况下，可以切换到别的窗口，请求
会在后台继
续。可以有好几个请求未完成的客户端。
全局共享之后，就不能这样做了。
如果真的要全局共享的话，只能是共享何种输入法的信息，不能共享IBusEngine上下文
