可能是安装位置不对，或者是安装之后没有重启桌面。
建议可以从我的PPA里安装编译好的二进制版本。步骤如下：
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shawn-p-huang/ppa
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ibus-pinyin ibus-pinyin-db-open-phrase
或者
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
