New issue 887 by quan.pto: Alt-tab from firefox causes keyboard lockup http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=887 OS (Linux distributions, UNIX or ...): ubuntu 10.04 Architecture (i386, x86_64): i386 IBus version: 1.2.99.20100202 Input method name and version: pinyin Python version: 2.6.5 firefox version: 3.6.3 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. turn on Desktop effect, open firefox, open gnome-terminal 2. alt tab to firefox, alt tab back to gnome-terminal (may required to do it several times) 3. unable to type anything in gnome-terminal no problem if ibus turned off no problem if Desktop effect turned off sometimes, problem also exist in some other programs such as gedit instead of gnome-terminal. Please provide any additional information below. this is a very old bug, which has existed in scim.
