http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=951 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Enable ibus-chewing 2. type 'q', 'l', space 3. Click on a candidate What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect the candidate that is clicked to be selected. Instead, nothing happens. I have attached a patch which fixes this behavior. Please have a look, I'm happy to make changes to it per your suggestions.
