I don't see any problems with ibus-1.3.5, gtk2-2.21.2, ibus-anthy-1.2.1.
If you use ibus-anthy, Tab is assigned as prediction instead of commit by
default so if you'd like to commit the string with Tab,
/usr/libexec/ibus-setup-anthy provides "Key binding".
