What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.首先，我的ibus上，只安装了两个输入法：五笔与拼音
2.手动设置切换输入法的快捷键(General->Keyboard Shortcuts->Next Input
Method)，例如设置为:Control+Shift_R。
3.设置完成后，在没有重启计算机的情况下，快捷键很好用；但若重启计算机，或手动
的restart IBUS后，快捷键就失效了。
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
希望快捷键，在重启后仍有效。
