Shift+Space is often being used as the Hangul/English toggle key by Korean
users (along with "Hangul key"). But Shift+Space conflicts with some
programs and other language users don't seem to use it. Rather than adding
another value to the default key combo list, how about adding
locale-specific default values for it?
In data/ibus.scheme.in key /schemas/desktop/ibus/general/hotkey/trigger,
the <default> tag can be written inside <locale>.
