New issue 988 by daiki.ueno: Use "safe" colors for preedit-text

ibus-hangul and ibus-m17n use inverted-video (white/black for fg/bg) colors
for preedit-text and some widgets in Qt/KDE (e.g. KTextEditor) seem not to
honor the background color text attribute set by QInputMethodEvent. As a
result, preedit-text is hardly to see.
I'd suggest to use "safe" colors for preedit-text by default. I'm
attaching patches for ibus-hangul and ibus-m17n to make them use the same
colors as ibus-pinyin.
