What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 输入汉字的过程中（一个字还未输入完成），此时想立刻切换到英文状态
2. 按下 shift
3. 汉字提示框仍然在，必须再按 esc 才能退出汉字输入状态
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
立刻退出汉字输入状态，关闭提示窗口，把之前输入的字母提交到输入区域。

大多数情况是这样的：在汉字输入状态，点击浏览器地址栏，想输入法 url，结果一按
键，却出了汉字提示框，此时要立刻转换到英文状态，希望可以按一下 shift 即可。
