I've just tried the git version. I still can reproduce it the following way:
1. set up two different input methods, one of them cangjie table
2. use cangjie, set to 'traditional first' mode
3. switch to the other input method and back to the cangjie
4. now it defaults to the 'simplified' mode again
I'm using Gentoo, Python 2.6.5, GTK 2.18.9, Qt 4.6.3 (even though I don't
really think it matters)
