What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Start gEdit
1. Enable ibus-hangul
2. Hit 'a'
3. Hit Ctrl
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ㅁ is committed as soon as Ctrl is pressed.

In Chromium OS, F9 cannot be used, hence Ctrl-Alt-9 is assigned as Hanja
key, but it didn't work because of this bug. See crosbug.com/4319 for
details.
